1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the viralscribe.ai platform (hereinafter "Service"), operated by Basis 33 GmbH (hereinafter "Operator"). By registering for and using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

The Service provides AI-powered video analysis, topic research, and script generation for content creators. Usage is based on a credit system.

3. Registration and Account

  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
  • Each person may only have one account.
  • Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed after 30 days.

4. Credits and Payment

  • The Service uses a credit system. Each operation consumes a specific number of credits.
  • New accounts receive a one-time bonus of 50 credits.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • The Operator reserves the right to change credit prices with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not analyze content that violates applicable laws.
  • Not abuse, overload, or use the Service in an automated manner (without permission).
  • Use generated scripts responsibly and in compliance with copyright laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Scripts and analyses generated through the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. The platform itself, including its design, code, and trademarks, remains the property of the Operator.

7. Availability

The Operator strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI-generated content is provided as a tool and inspiration. The Operator assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. Use is at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
